Does anyone know the ideal hook size for the CraftBaits? I could not resists, and bought the 150gm GT-2 as well as both the 150gm and 170gm GT-3.
I will be using the Owner ST76 (with Varivas 300/400lb split rings) , but am not sure if I should use 4/0 or 5/0. Testing at the freshwater reservoir did not tell me much.
Also, has anyone worked successfully with just a single belly hook with a spinner blade at the tail?
Thanks! zeck

G'day Zeck
A pair of 5/0's on the 170g and 4/0's on the 150g should work out fine.
A common rig is 7/0 Gama Recorders front and 6/0 rear for the 170g model.
The owners are probably much the same weight as these.
