In November last year, a new member from Thailand, Simon Coe, advertised three Carpenter rods for sale. Two of our members here purchased a rod each from him. To date, notwithstanding numerous attempts by the two members to contact him, the rods remain undelivered after payment and Simon has not been responsive to attempts to contact him.

The objective of this thread is twofold. The first is to see if any of our members, particularly those in Thailand, know Simon or know of himand/or are capable of contacting him and the second is to simply remind members of the potential pitfalls of buying from someone you don't know.
This is one of the reasons we have introduced new rules for our classifieds area. We're not interested in debating the new rules we have introduced and this thread isn't the place to revisit that issue in any event.
Simon, if you read this, the two members in question would much appreciate your contact and ultimate delivery of the rods.
