Hi Ivan,
I have 3 rods made from Jigging Master Blanks and are very happy with them.
I've used the 350gm blank to fish 80lb.
Andrew Woodly-Page on this site is the man to talk to about JM blanks. He should be able to find you a dealer to talk to in your area.
I also have a rod using the NV12 Samuari but prefer the JM's as they seem more parabolic. Not sure how the NV12 would go being cut down.
Can't comment on the other blanks you mention as I have no experience with them.

G'day Ivan,
I too can recommend the Jigging Master 350. Heres a photo of it loaded up.

Gidday Ivan,
I'm not sure if you have heard of Xzoga if not you might like to have a look at their range of blanks. You have a choice of either a composite blank or a full graphite blank and they range from PE1 to PE10. We went testing in Perth early December and everyone who tried them were impressed of it's performance both for fighting the fish and working those jigs.
That's the PE8 full graphite Taka Si-5518 ready made but blanks are also available.

and this is the PE8 composite TAKA BA350.

you can go to youtube and just type in Xzoga for some video clips which may be of interest to you.
Cheers,
David

Ivan, the range of available blanks is enormous. I think as a starting point, it would help if you were to identify what it is you're looking for in the PE8 blank you want. Obviously, this should be based on what you want the rod for. From this, you can discern what length, action, weight etc will suit you. This will then at least permit you to start knuckling down on what it is you want.
