Negative, I'm pretty sure Nomad are the only dealers. Why so adamant about getting them in Australia?

Nomad might be the only Australian dealers but they haven't had them in a long time & can't get them (for some reason i do not know).

How many are you looking for Neale?

Without being rude in GT fishing $500 worth of lures is not much at all, & if you were to get $500 worth of a lure like an Orion well hey they are worth every penny, you should get around 7 lures for that price including postage.

Someone mentioned a while ago that a shop n Melb was selling a Hammerhead Shakur for $199, now that's for 1 lure, just spend the $500 & you will not regret it, great lure that is very tough & will last, & can be quite hard to get at times.

Cheers Brock, like i said at least $500. I've bitten the bullet and ordered a few goodies from APS.

Ideally i would have half a dozen of each but in reality if i can get two of each ill be happy

If i only buy dribs and drabs the mrs dosent ask any questions and as for being a tight arse Jay, easy for some ::) i dont work on the mines anymore and if and when you get a job away from them you'll feel my pain plus being in the process of buying a house my goodie collecting suffers

That was me! I nearly fainted when I saw the Shakure for $199! Hammerheads are never cheap but that was crazy!

Hi Neale

Rod Jones makes a stick bait that is identical to the Orion bigfoot. David Green has been using them with lots of success. He is on the Gold Coast and has a good reputation for finish and workmanship (just not the quickest). Nomad had him make lures for him at the start of the year. Hope this helps.

Regards
Kel

they're not identical but they're certainly based on the Orions. They're a fair bit rounder in the body than the Bigfoot.
