For those of you who use the SJ-41 11/0s as a baker rig, Owner have recently released the 13/0 in this model. This hook looks a more appropriate size and will be ideal for baker rigs. The hood is not yet available locally but should be available before too long.

Brandon... are these the same hooks as Fisherman Spinoza 13/0 ? How does the price compare? Availability ?
I can use these hooks on so many lures ;)

Hi Chris
No, it is not the same hook as the Fisherman Spinoza 13/0. The Fisherman is a slightly bigger hook again and has a slightly longer shank (and smaller eye)
Availability - non-existent at the moment except for domestically in Japan. Owner will start to get out towards the latter part of this year from what I understand. It's of a size now where it is a much better fit for the 200 and it can also be sued as a tail hook (although I still prefer the Fisherman).

Hey Brandon do you know if there's any likelihood of Owner releasing any larger sizes for the ST76?? GT Recorders are bloody expensive >:(
-
yes, I understand a larger treble has been in the process of being tested this GT season in Japan. If all goes to plan, we should see these rollout before too long. Of course, it might take a while before we even see it. I'm not sure it is going to be a ST-76 though. I suspect this hook may have a different configuration.
Recorders are outrageously priced, as are the big GT Decoys.

That larger gape is going to be perfect for those kitten baits!

Nice size hook, lets see how long it takes the shops to sell out of these.
Brandon, do you heat up ur electrical tape once the hooks are together? The tape seems to be nice & snug on the hooks
-
Hi Brock, no, I don't. You simply need to tape the hooks together tightly.
