What do these rod specs mean?

Max load:
45degrees(6kg)
90degrees(4kg)

Sorry for the rudimentary question!

it basically means the rating for the different angles before breaking point. u can have 6kg of load on the rod at 45 degrees angle, if you have more than 6kg the rod may well break!
