Title: not gt's but fun this time of year in Northern WA
Post by: Brad.Bell on December 04, 2009, 06:15:49 PM
Gday guys, been a while since i posted, i really get tunnel vision this time of year with the barramundi really comming on the chew.  Been doing a bit of popping in the creeks of late, got a few bazzas on popper and fizzer.  Great fun and probably still my true passion although i do love GT fishing and am very much looking forward to New Cal in january

Here is a couple of pics of late

Awesome pics Brad.... some great action...

Barra have been a dream species of mine for years, especially after a mate spent 8 months road tripping round Oz chasing Barra... came back with many tales and photies...

We get a very close relative of Barra in Africa, the Nile Perch, which grow to 200 kilos..... but access to them is a little limited to say the least!!!

Nothing beats back country hunting with topwaters on explosive fish./...

Awesome, thanks for sharing!

Nice one Brad, gotta say I love my Barra fishing.  The boof of a barra on popper leaves GT's for dead.  Great pics, DSLR no doubt..
