Title: Sevenseas - does anyone know what is happening?

Does anyone know what is happening with Sevenseas since the departure of Matsutani? I was always of the opinion he was the owner but it appears I was wrong about that. Their website now seems to be down as well.

I have been under the impression that they will be closed for business permanently.

Or taken over by bigger outfit such as Valley Hill .
