Steve....I think this site (out of many of which I am a member) the numbers of really experienced anglers are quite high.

Very interesting so far as most people only get 40 days a year from work for holidays.
You can not count the ones you just dream about.
Seems then that most here are retired, obviously not married or have any children

Silly question, but are we talking GT fishing or fishing in general!!!
Living in central Qld means somedays I can mackeral fish, marlin fish and catch a GT or 4 all in a relatively normal day of fishing (catching all of those in one day is a challenge but GT's and mackeral are pretty easy its just the bills that are a bit tough.)

Sure that fits the bill.
It just doesn't count if you only go down the local jetty every afternoon to catch some bream or thing thats only good for bait.
