Check this pic out from Tokara.
GT caught on a Gamma with an existing lure already down the throat. GT was still hungry and aggressive.
Not sure how long this lure has been lodged in the GT.

Interesting remnants of a lure! Anyone care to take a guess?
Gee, that wouldn't be fun... :o
-
Damn GT's it wouldn't want to be a Gamma down there - would be a sorry day indeed!
-
so much for what old Rex Hunt always said about how quickly hooks rust and fall out!!

I dare say it hasn't been in there long, a bit of rust forming on the hook eyelets and they shouldn't last too long by the looks.

Luke,
Did you manage to remove the lure?
The angler probably wasn't using a bite leader for his stickbait ;D ;D It doesn't even look like it's a wood based lure....
-
Geez what a bonus that would be.....Plucking a GT that had an existing Gamma or sea frog as Jewellry..... ;D
Not real funny for the poor fish ..... but a top score for the angler.
Luke what was the lure down his gob..?....It looks like trying to remove it would have been very difficult. :-\

Hi Kasey,
It wasn't my trip - I actually saw it after being referred by Fukui in Tokara.
Doesn't look wood at all does it! Can't believe it myself - it's almost sacrilege to use anything other than a Gamma.
