Title: Goodbye to 2010 and welcome to 2011!!
Post by: Brandon Khoo on December 31, 2010, 05:16:58 PM
Dear Members

Luke and I here at GTPopping would like to wish you all the best for 2011. Happy popping, good health and good luck to all of you.

It's been another good year for the forum as we've seen our membership continue to grow steadily. We've expanded our topwater interest further to include yellowtail kingfish but we're keen to maintain that focus on topwater and jigging notwithstanding that we've made a conscious decision to expand our piscatorial interest beyond GTs. That said, there is no question that GTs will always be our primary area of interest.

We would both like to take this opportunity to thank our sponsors. We much appreciate the support you've given us here at GTpopping. Finally, we'd like to thank all of you - our members. Your contributions make this forum what it is which is the best GT site in the world and we look forward to your continuing support in 2011.

And a happy new year to you as well Luke and Brandon, you have both had another top 12months with GTPopping.com, this site is forever progressing  :).

For me 2011 is the year of the NZ Kingie, also hope for a local Mooloolaba Sailfish or Marlin on a Stickbait, and a 'Barra' on an Orion S-Kiv 25  :D

So to all fellow members, the best of fishing for 2011  8)

Dear Luke & Brandon,

You should be proud of the expansion that the site has undertaken in 2010.

I'd like to take this opportunity to say thankyou for all of your hard work in expanding the sites topic range, the quality of the sponsors and not least, the aggregation of the forum users themselves.

Quality site lads, well done and a Happy New Year.

May the latest floods in Queensland somehow make the fishery off our coastline stronger for the next seasons too.

Cheers,

Aaron.
