Hey Kurt,
I been chasing them myself for a expedition. Sevenseas proshop has them on special. Do they make much difference though? I intend to use mine with pe6 for jigging. I have a original spool at the moment with the Carbotex washers I use with pe10 for popping but the drag is still a bit sticky which worries me if I'm going to use it with pe6.
Cheers chris

Ill try sevenseas proshop, JDM arent stocking them anymore, sent an email to them earlier.
I've heard they make about the same difference as carbotex washers, i just want another spool with a bit of bling haha.

Hi Christofer, my expedition whit carbontex has a really smooth drag. I used it around 10 kg (my be more) for jigging. I have assembled the carbontex washer whit a small quantity of call's grease.

The drag is smooth once it gets goin. When you pull it out by hand you can feel the pressure back off once the spool has made a few turns. Jus wondering if anyone has tried the som spools and if these do the same. The price for a som and a genuine is almost the same, so which one am I better off getting?
Cheers chris
