Try Free Dive Fiji.  He gets some good fish and has a nice boat.

Byron, contact the guys at Mango Bay resort. There are several reports on the forum to get an idea of the operation and they are fairly close to the shangri la.

Heres a link to one of our recent trips: http://www.gtpopping.com/forum/index.php?topic=3173.msg27325#msg27325 (http://www.gtpopping.com/forum/index.php?topic=3173.msg27325#msg27325)

Free Dive Fiji and Mango Bay are both good operators but i would go Mango Bay as its much closer.
