Guys,
Can someone please give me a difinitve answer on what dimension the JM guys are referring to with their quoted handle sizes?
Thanks.
-
Hi
Are you referring to the arms?
-
Yeah I am. The power arms.
I just realized my question was a bit ambiguous and open to interpretation. Sorry about that!
Also, does the original Stella knob fit on the power arm?
Thanks
-
Hi
The arms come in 2 sizes, 1 to fit the 8k-10k and the other fits the 18k-20k...they use the same shaft dimensions as the original so the knob fits no problem. I actually use the JM 45mm knob on them...well made product. The spools are well made also and come in 16k and 25k sizes

I'm trying to figure our what the stated dimension from JM represents. I want to upgrade the arms on both my Stella 10 & 20k.
The standard 20k arm will fit on the 10k, so where I'm really going is if the JM 10k arm is close enough to the stock 20k then I'll just swap them over and buy one for the 20k instead of having to buy both.
I'm also interested in just how much longer each of the upgrades is in comparison to stock so I can gauge the actual benefit.

Guy,
I will check the actual measurement of mine and let you know...I'm guessing it is approx 10% longer

Guy
The factory handle for the 20k is approx 85mm shaft center to shaft center...the JM handle for the same is approx 95mm shaft to shaft
-
Thanks.
Anyone got a centre to centre measurement on the JM 10k arm?

JM 10k is approx 85mm
