Hi Guys.  I have just joined the Forum so forgive me if I ask any dumb questions or this has been covered before but its all new to me!

I want a rod for GT's for a trip to Oman coming up and my research found the Black Hole Cape Cod Special 80G.  I cant justify a dedicated popping rod and a stick bait rod or even for a top of the range Carpenter or Smith given what else I have to buy so does anyone have any experience or knowldege of this rod and is likely to be suitable for poppers and stick baits to around 150gm?
