Hi Ludo
I have a set up which is exactly that - Stella/Twinpower 5000, PE2 or PE3, lures up to 60 grams. I match all that with a Blue Sniper 77/3 and really enjoy the lightness and tip sensitivity of the rod.

Hi Ludo,
I need to preface this with the fact that I'm no expert but since I've just gone through a similar process thought I'd pass it on.
I had a look at those Yamaga blank rods as well as a Smith 70mh, again to pair up with a 5000SW, and they are all very nice.
I ended up going a slightly different route and got the Hot's 70mh which is 4/6 rated rod but very sensitive and even lighter than both the Yamaga Blank rods and the Smiths. I intend to put a 6000 spool on the 5000SW as an option to be able to fit 300m of PE3 and fish slightly larger lures than 60g.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Trevor
