Title: Hurricane Sandy
Post by: Saltywater Tackle on October 31, 2012, 04:13:07 PM
Hi Guys,

Hope all is well.
Hurricane Sandy hit us and the shop suffered some damages from the storm.
The good news is, everyone is safe and dry.
We would like to take the opportunity to let you know that we have no power in the store at this time and postal services are unavailable until further notice, as such we apologize if you had placed an order with us, the estimated downtime is three days to a week.
As soon as the power and postal services are up and running, we will start sending packages out.
Thank you for understanding.

Tight lines,
Saltywater Tackle.

I'm sorry to hear about the calamity and damages Sandy had brought to your country. We here in Singapore are praying that all will be fine soon...

We sure get our fare share and we are in total shock,
We ripped up the entire floor of the shop but the good part is that we are looking to be up and running by Monday!
I've been living in New York for 23 years and this is the first time I see destruction like that.
