Title: Stella knob upgrade
Post by: Doug Mac on December 10, 2012, 09:48:00 PM
Hi all

I have recently purchased a new Stella 18000 and am very happy with the reel , but after using Saltigas for quite a few years I am finding the oval shaped knob not as nice to use as the round knob so I have decided to change to a round aftermarket knob. The question is, as there are a multitude of round options available on the market which ones do you all use or recommend for the Stella??

Regards
Doug

In addition to Ben's recommendation, the Ergo knob is nice in the hand and also great value.  The problem might be finding one. I have bought them from Kaiser in Singapore in the past.

I really like the Yumeya carbon knob but the price is very scary these days and for that reason alone I don't think I would buy another one.
