Title: Saltiga muramura 76
Post by: Jake Lawson on February 11, 2013, 03:02:42 PM
I have had a muramura for a while now as a all round gt rod with pe 8 because it was the only popping rod I had. It has worked well for me to catch gts to 25kg amongst other things and working poppers like haymakers to  c cup hammerheads pretty well and stick baits like gunz tail walk 180. With my gt rod collection expanding (just got a gt79h for pe 10) do you think pe 8 is over kill for this rod? Should I fish it with pe 6? And have some thing else for pe 8? It seems good for
Pe 8 to me just looking for other opinions.

Thanks

It'll fish 8 no problems. Seen several near 40kg caught on it. Rod wasn't breaking a sweat.
