Got to love the service from Shimano. My 10k has taken a beating over the past few years but keeps on ticking thanks to the crew at Shimano. Here's my last service invoice. I think almost every part internally has been replaced the past few years lol I think the GT's in Hawaii really hate this reel haha.

That's awesome. I cant believe they don't charge for parts.... but they business model must work!  :P
