I am looking for a good quality plier to open splitrings and one for cutting line and everything else.

Arnout!

Owner GP60 for split rings and then use Owner Braid Scissors or Dr. Slick scissors for PE.

Just find a dedicated cutter for cutting nylon leader and FC. There are heaps out there.

Anyone touching my scissors for nylon just a boot up the ass!

 :D

I use these split ring pliers made by Frichy they aren't cheap but work incredibly well for cutting mono and changing split rings/hooks the only place I have seen them at is on fishing tackle shop's website but they are not the best for cutting braid.
