Anyone know if it is possible to refurbish Carpenter rods?
I purchased an old custom LGM X-83 but it has some cracks on the whipping and I'd like to get the guides re done.
It's a very old rod and was apparently from the time when Carpenter rods were hand made!
Is there anyone in Sydney area that offers this service?
Cheers!!

No problem as long as the blank is undamaged. Any good rod builder will be able to do it.
Look up Killer Curves Custom Rods on FB, John does very nice clean work.

A most any rod can be refurbished and or built again... You just need to find the right rod builder.
