Got some 7" Williamson jet poppers looking to up grade the trebles what size owner should I put on so as not to up set the balance..
Williamson don't say what size hooks are on the lure they just say vmc 6x . But a number of people on here and else where say a good gt straighten them.

Hello, here is a photo of a Jet Popper, I have fished very little time with him and with good reason. :P
I could not fish more than 2 GTs with him in ANDAMAN in 2008, for me it is a good popper but not very strong, with the third GT, the tail frame was broken :( my others Williamson remained in my bag. ;)
If I remember correctly, I had put two Owner ST66 3/0 at the time I was fishing with two treble, it is no longer the case today, too many fish injured by one of 2 treble

Hi sacco. Just found out from a guy in oz says he now uses back to back owner sj41 size 11/0 and a single 11/0 on the tail think I will give that a try and see how it works.
