Hi Jon-hope all is good with u.
Glad Shimano did well again but wasn't surprised in the least. As you know,i've used many spinning reels from different dealers.Today,i own almost all Stella's.Another very important aspect of shimano is their commitment to customer satisfaction. In my opinion, their service is untouchable when compared to the other top competitors which i have dealt with in the past.

The results definitely speak for themselves!!!! ;D

Hi Pat ,
I know your experiences with TwinSpin n Saltiga , yes I share your sentiment and most of my reels are Shimanos ( Tiagras , TLDs , Stellas , Twinpowers , Conquest DCs ) n only very few Daiwas .
