Maybe finding the bigger ones requires bigger jigs? To target the larger ones more?
I'm interested in others thoughts on jig size and profile when they target larger AJ's.

Awesome fish Warwick, offshore from Brisvegas and the sunnycoast long tail weighted jigs in the 300-400gram range are the best for consistent quality fish and plenty of stupid rod movement and a bit faster than normal helps to! Also I jig out of the gimbal with the heavy jigs, helps to maintain the fitness lol My mate calls it "The Farmer" jigging style. :)
