I think coral trout are really not very fussy when it comes to jigs.
When they are switched on they'll take just about anything. Is it the Montes you are going to? I normally jig pretty cheap jigs when jigging up north in WA (as you'll lose heaps to reefings and even more to sharks and snip offs). I really like patriot design jigs (especially blast edge and cyber edge) as well as a lot of the long profile FCL jigs or most of the Lambles, but (in my view at least) it is a bit crazy to use this sort of stuff up there unless the bite slows down when you can easily lose 20+ jigs a day.
If you want something cheap to throw at them I think the various smith knife jigs seem to work, but in truth so do the humble williamsons when they are on the chew.
