Stoner- A Few Days
December 03, 2014, 06:50:36 AM
I had this sappy sentimental story written while Photobucket uploaded my pics. It got deleted when I went to grab the first few photos. Now, no story, just pics. All on fly, jigs and topwater over 2 days with some good friends here in South Carolina. Video coming soon.

Awesome I can't wait for the video.
How did you manage to be spooled!
Is that a Race Point rod at the top?

My buddy hooked up what we thought was just another AJ or blackfin and was half fighting it and talking smack. I hear a little drag peel off and then the after burners went on! Pooooof, 2 seconds it was over. I suspect a mako or a GROWN wahoo took a liking to his tuna.

That rod is a slightly shortened custom Maestro 7'10". I think maybe 3" of the tip.

Thanks
I knew the rod was made by Saltywater Tackle
but get easily confused.
