Info on Seychelles req
October 27, 2015, 11:47:39 PM
Hey all,

Planning a trip for late Jan/early Feb next year. One of the places ive looked at is the Seychelles.

Very little info available in terms of putting a trip together. No shortage of 5 star resorts and high end sportfishing/trolling boats to choose from, but im looking for a topwater trip.

Anyone here been? Or maybe just know of operations/timing etc for these waters. (Have been in contact with Daniel from these boards too FYI)

Any info much appreciated.

Cheers,
Sam

Hi Sam some of the Fly fishing operations will allow top water fishermen to tag along but the costs are ludicrous

Heya Cameron.

Yeh, made some enquiries on Alphonse etc....unbelievable cost. Kinda wipes out the options there.

How's the new gig? Whats fishing/bookings like late Jan/Early Feb over there?

Cheers,
Sam

It's out of control Amr. Was quoted $12,400 USD for 7 nights accom on one of the outer islands. Oh, and only $1,000 per day for the boat. Bargain.
