Calstar GF765m 40-100lb spin jig rod

Just found one of these rods [calstar GF 765m 40-100lb spin jig rod] on trade me which is a lot like e-bay ,curious if any body knows any thing about them,its going really cheap [i think] due to an over order.The rod is 6'6" long.What questions should i ask the seller.
