Like to ask if the single tail hook on the green gamma comes with a welded solid ring or is  it custom??

Very well done to everyone involved!  That must have taken some planning and what a great reward you had.

I have enjoyed the pictures form this trip more than from any trip report for a long time.

Ricky, I think the tail hook on the green Gamma in Mitch's Dogtooth pic is a ringed Kudako?  Maybe wrong though.  If you are looking for large ringed singles, those are quite brilliant hooks.

Thanks Mark. Has been years in the making...I really can't be thankful enough for how very few issues we encountered. I guess that's what luck and preparation add up to!

Also to confirm, Mark is correct. The single hook on the rear of Mitchell's Gamma is a Kukado. He actually almost bent one near-straight, new out of the packet. Just an anomaly as all his other hooks had no issue what-so-ever.

What a trip, what a write up!

Seriously inspirational if you ask me, the planning and logistics would have been an absolute nightmare but I think you've got your just reward.

The scary thing is, is that you've probably only just touched the surface of such a special area.

A trip like  that is a true trip of a lifetime!
