These past reports out in Oman is simply amazing, I'm just blown away! Sami in your report your saying the fishing is in shallow waters and your pulling them right off the edge, just curious but how shallow are you guys fighting these mosters? Are you guys having to stop them before they head into the reef or are they already in there and you guys are pulling them out?

Awesome as usual!
Sami is that race point 300 you using in the last few photos (you in red shirt)?
Much different between the 300 and 250? I was told the 250 is a touch more parabolic than the hots 75xxh.
300 very similar to the hots?? Looking at getting one custom built. :)
Love those pixs of rod bending and that black GT!!! Damn damn damn.
Congrats to you and team On another successful and awesome trip.

Hi Charles,
Most of hits are coming in 10 meters and less depth and in many occasions we get hits in 2 to 3 meters and it was a lot of palming with a locked drag and the fish still manage to gain it is freedom, some of those fish are no way close to stop them  :'(

Hi Ricky,
Yes that is the Race Point 300 (In the red shirt)
The 300 is a stiff rod and has a lot of backbone, you really have to be fit to use it and yes between all the Race Point, the 250 is the softest one, i strongly recommend the 250 for popping.
that black GT is a dream and thank you for the kind words :)
