I see you run a assist hook in the back of the sticbait. Do you normally do that?

Sorry for the late reply,
Yes it is normal to run an assist hook on the back of the lure, 90% of the tuna hits comes from the upper part of the lure right towards the head.
we experienced a 100% landing and hook up ratio when we used the assist hook in North Carolina at the end of the season,
for next year all our clients will be forced to use assist hook in North Carolina.
