BOM 7 day wind forecast has the system tracking south but a fair distance off the coast - slight angle to it that suggest you lot in brissy might be in for a rain depression out of it possibly?

Yes, 1st days fishing would have been today. I cancelled my flights on saturday, an hour before I was due to check in. Lets hope Fiji can weather this storm, TC Tomas is a big one!

hey guys, I'm booked on my first popping trip to Ono island next week and i would like to hear some opinions on how you think this cyclone will affect the fishing in Fiji. i hope everyone in Fiji right now is safe during this cyclone.

Weather has stopped us from any fishing....TC Thomas being the offender.
Supposed to hit in the morning with wild wild winds..mega seas and everything else!!!!

Hopefully we get two days popping in before we head home......Been a shocker so far!!!!

Early prdictions look like it will cross the coast around Bundy -Shoalwater on Saturday night, the day we get back from Fiji and cyclone 'Thomas', what did Forest Gump say . . Suva looks like getting >50knts with most of the rain to the south and east of us, so Wednesday looks good for a fish, pics to com, of fish or cyclone ? .
