For all you guys who have fished Nomad what does bugatti have to oofer in terms of variety of fishing. Is it mainly GTs?

Cheers all

Hi Joey

Are you talking about the trip starting 27 or 28 August? I am on that trip myself

take a look in the nomad section of the forum, the fails reports for bugatti and elusive. Elusive is one half of the reef System, Bugatti is the other half so fishing options are about the same as I understand it

mainly GT popping, and light tackle sportfishing for species like Spanish and shark mackerel, smaller trevally species like bludger and gold spot, rainbow runners, longtail tuna, trout, reefies etc

but look at the nomad reports will give you a good idea of what is on offer

Scott...
Yep looks as though a spot is up for grabs and I might just take it. Any idea of cost. Waiting for Nomad to get back to me!

Hi Joey,
I went to Bugatti a couple of years ago with Nomad-Its awesome! I mean the place is awesome, but the service you recieve from Nomad is fantastic. They have built a business based on being the best at everything they do and when you fish with them, it shows. I am sure they will get back to you with exact costs, but if you have a few grand in your pocket and a week to spare- GO!
Depending on what sort of gear you own, dont be afraid to take some lighter outfits for mucking around at the Mothership at night. The last night of my trip, i got 4 gts 20-30kg in 1 hour, from the mothership. ( i know i will caned here, but they were on bait :) I had to stop catching them because dinner was being served, and you won't want to miss a meal on the Odyssey. Five star dining all the way.
Have a great trip!
Cheers
Doug
