I'm the owner of Jig Star so please don't disqualify my offerings.
Richard at the 3 Kings 2010 with the protype 350g Jig Star spin rod with 8000SW.
Result was a 30kg Kingfish.

Richard again but with the production 350g Jig Star.
This time at the Ranfurly Banks 2010.

Hi Chris

The rods are amazing just got back from the Three Kings with Chris testing them out, we caught many kings from 15-44kg on them and also bass up to 80kg !
Shoot in and see Graham at Beverly Hills he has them in stock.

Cheers Coxy

I've had certain experience with Jig Star 5' Spinning rod.  The current model has tenacity for being such a thin blank.  At first my confidence was low however proved to be wrong.  I have a video of the 250g rod in action somewhere...
I've learned what I am really after
comes along with what is caught at the
end of my line...
