Nothing close to all the incredible boat fishing action that the boys are getting over on Oahu, but here is a little bit a whats been going on from the shoreline here on Big Island. After a horribly slow early season some fish are starting to show consistently, with some major beasts being broken off on the reefs.
Plus some striped bass from a recent trip to New England.

A jobfish off the shore??? Awesome!  You only get those way offshore here... I suppose that is the benefit of supremely deep water in close to your coastline.

Weird thought but that GT in the top picture could have almost come off a Carpenter iridescent decal.
