chugging rod for hammerhead

<< < (2/4) > >>

Trevor Skinner:
Peter,

In the Carpenter forum you said you had or had access to an SP78H. What's wrong with that if all you want it for is an E cup Hammerhead?

If you want a rod to handle a bigger variety of lures and weights. That's a different question.

probably don't see myself using heavy poppers above 150g..age catching up very fast. .amd hope to be able cont popping next 5yrs...kekeke. .

Trevor Skinner:
Peter,

I'm 56. I'll let you in on a secret, Voltaren 50mg soluble.

Don't leave home without it.

Actually, in all seriousness I think that if you have the right rod, balanced nicely with how you fish even us oldies don't have a real problem using big poppers, particulalrly in short bursts. I wouldn't want to spend all day pulling an I cup for no reason, but in the right place at the right time....
