Hi all

I'm told the new expedition, despite being high speed is actually good for deep water jigging.

Apparently it's to do with gearing design....it's a high speed reel that has the qualities of a low speed reel.

Can anyone confirm this please.

I do a lot of deep water jigging and would normally steer clear of a reel with "H" in the model number.

wow.... where did you hear that from? that would be totally awesome. i also want to know!

i have 2x 5500H and have been waiting for the low speed versions but sources say they are not planned, and the normal versions 3500 to 6500 are sold only in April.
