eBay - not everything is a bargain!

I've seen some bargains from time to time on eBay but occasionally, you see the other end of the spectrum. There is one chap trying to sell a Daiwa Blacksheep 250 for $620!! 

That's more than the retail price I saw anywhere for the reel in Australia when it was available.

yeah that is so true .

i have seen one on the blacksheep 250 selling at $660.00 with 50lb braid on it .
that is way too high .

all right - I can beat that now. There is one clown trying to sell a Black Sheep for $1,100 on eBay at the moment!!

but this one is the highest i have even seen .

Blacksheeps are regularly available on Japanese auction sites for prices around the 35000 to 40000 JPY mark.

From what I understand, the Blue Backer is essentially the same reel

Wow, i have a brand new Black Sheep still in box that has never seen a rod ( actually never even seen the light of day) apart from when it was spooled, i should probably sell it for more GT gear hahahaha hhhhhmmmmm it has me thinking now

hi brandon .

yeah i do own one but i am looking for another one for my 2nd baitcaster rod .
as i have one short rod ( for the snag) and one long rod (for the open area) which is missing the reel .

i used the blacksheep at shoalwater trip last year for the queen fish it was fun
