Very beautiful pictures Sami . The GT in north Oman seem smaller that in the south, it's just a feeling, perhaps a bad feeling  ;) ;)

Great Pics mate, looks like from some of those pics there is some pretty insane water movement around those areas.

as always  :)

Can't agree more Gege but GT's tend to fight harder in Musandam, from the places that i fished i believe that Musandam offer the ultimate challenge.

Very nice report Sami

I have noticed in 98% of your reports sami you seem to catch the biggest fish.

Do you put it down to your fishing skills or is it just luck..........?

Cheers Rob.....  8)

Looks amazing, is there anywhere nearby where you can drop your wife and kids for some fun for a day or three where they won't be in danger of death or ranson demands?

Hi Rob,
the reason behind scoring is the determination, i spend more time then the rest of the guys jigging and popping so my chances is higher then the rest of the guys and yes on the top of it is experience, experience play a big factor, i read the water and i can tell where the fish might hold and what is the right approach, i barely loose any fish to knot failures, you can only gain knowledge by being out there with in open mind.

Ben,
Dubai is a great place for the family and for shopping, Musandam is only 1 1/2 hour away from Dubai, trust me it is safe, we traveled all the way to Southern Oman with great Omani hospitality and every place we stopped by, we got treated well.
