there are a number of rods you can use. The size and weight of the Gamma 200 is such that you could get away with most rods provided you know how to work the lure. When the lure first came out, I used a Tokara to literally flop it around (no idea how to work the lure then but it still caught fish!). I thought it was the worst lure ever made by man as I simply could not make it swim properly.
I have of late used a Ripple Ultimo UG79H which handles it beautifully. I have also used a Wild Violence with it. I have used the TBL711 as well although this is pushing the rod.
Provided you know how to work a surface stickbait, you can get away with most rods with this lure although a specialised stickbait rod lke the UG79H is ideal for getting the best out of the lure.
