Wow what a day!! Epic,wild,awesome, Nat Geo type shit...Bluefin's, Yellowfin's, Mahi, even Brown shark's all on jig's and Stickbait's.
Capt Rich, Ron, Dan and myself got out to some new unexplored area and Capt Rich found the mother load. From the first drop it was non stop double,triple hookup's was the norm.
We lost count on how many fish we hooked and brought to the boat...it was one of the finest day's ever. We caught fish up to 71'' and lost a few much bigger today.
The hot jig's for me were CBOne C1, Semi Long as these jig's have slim profil and match the Sandeel the fish are feeding on!
This trip was off New Jersey.
We had small Yellowfin's zipping thru at some point...i started casting a small Gustan stickbait, they were all over this lure.
Dan with a beautifull 71'' BFT on a Stingo jig...i also lost a monster fish of this size close to the boat when a bunch of shark's
started chewing on it.
