I prefer my bling all in one big rock, rather than lots of little ones. Besides Duncan knows better than to buy jewellery for me - I think he would be too scared I would pull out a hand lens and check it out. Like all good lures I was admiring this one purely for the craftsmanship.
Did give rod testing a go the other day. The waves were whitecapping onto the jetty but I still managed some reasonable casts. The main thing that came from it......... I need gloves mmmm maybe I could design ones with diamond cuffs - would look good in photos. (oh and that if a big GT did manage to stumble across my lure I would be in the drink for sure)
PS you had better be thinking diamonds soon - not long to go
