popping/jigging gloves - preferences

<< < (3/6) > >>

Cam Foley:
Are the Oakley gloves for mountain bikeing maybe or maybe not.

Brandon Khoo:
Luke - I've never seen the short ones. Assuming they are the same quality as the long ones, they would be terrific gloves.

Cam - I think you're right - they could be but as I have never done any mountain bking, I can't say for sure. All I can say is that they are really good for popping!

Greg - I'll get my own back one day for that analogy with Shultz!!  >:(   ;)

Neil Griffiths:
Yep, really short, just fit over wrist. Sometimes forget they're on, expensive though, as always.

Neil,

Do you stock Fisherman gloves?

If so, could you please post some info?

Greg Burt:
Luke,
I have noticed on your picks you wear basically three sets of gloves, mainly the blue, long and short [Fisherman I presume]. Can you give us a run down on the benefits, if any, on both , IE do the long wrist gloves give noticeable support, comfort or benefits, and your personal preference.
I haven't used gloves enough to form any opinion, and if anything I've shied away from them, but things are changing. :-\

Cam,
you must be using yours a fair bit to wear a hole in them in five months,
what benefits have you got from them?. ???
