Smith and Shout are both good after Fisherman.

Yep, agree with that.

Greg, those gloves look more like cold weather hunting gloves!

Greg Burt:
 Hi Luke,
The bottom ones are supposed to be English fishing gloves!
I presume the Shout ones are short wrist and the Fisherman long wrist, I am trying to get a perspective as I have only ever seen what I 'think' are the short ones.

Brandon Khoo:
;D  that's no worries - Mr Suzuki has caught more fish than I have dreamt about.

I have nothing against Fisherman and I really like their accessories. I just think their rods are too expensive. I have their handles on all my Stellas, not to mention a heap of their poppers. That said, I don't like their gloves as I find them too long.

The best pair of popping gloves I have are a pair which weren't even made to be popping gloves. they are a pair of Oakley gloves which I picked up from overseas (i don't know what they were designed for) and have the best grip I've found. Wish I could find another pair.

 Bernie Shultz [I see nothing],

They also make a short version which i use.

Do you find that version too short as well?
